Environmental education
We promote environmental education in the Aura River area by developing teaching materials and participating in projects together with other environmental education organizations. Collaboration supports learning and increases awareness among various target groups, such as businesses, schools, and associations. While we can provide education as part of our project activities, we do not operate as a dedicated nature school.
Our key focus areas in environmental education are:
Water Backpack Program
The Water Backpack provides learning materials and practical tools for exploring aquatic ecosystems. We support the development of the program to better serve the environmental education needs of schools and families.
Watershed Knowledge
We produce and share information about the importance of watersheds, the water cycle, and the impacts of human activities on water bodies. This information is aimed at schools, businesses, and associations looking to deepen their understanding of water protection.
