Am Aurajoki

This multilingual publication examines the Aura River from an outsider’s perspective. The book explores the river’s landscape, species, history and meanings while reflecting on the relationship between water, language and the environment. It offers fresh perspectives on a familiar river landscape.

Aurajoen retkeilyopas

A comprehensive guide to outdoor recreation along the Aura River and in its surrounding areas. The book includes hiking, cycling, paddling and stand-up paddleboarding routes, as well as information on national parks, pilgrimage trails and archipelago destinations. It also features information on campfire sites, shelters, birdwatching towers, saunas and swimming spots. Part of the book’s content is also available in Swedish and English.

Aura Taimenen merimatka
